Bangkay ni Marcos Ipapahukay ng mga Anti Marcoses!!!
Buo ang desisyon ni Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman na maghain ng motion to exhume para mahukay ang bangkay dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos sa Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB) dahil hindi pa umano final and executory ang desisyon ng Supreme Court sa nasabing usapin.
Maghahain din daw si Lagman ng contempt of court laban sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, Executive Sec, ang AFP Chief of Staff at marami pang iba na nangasiwa sa naturang pagpapalibing.
Ayon kay Lagman, maari pa raw ang katulad niya na anti-Marcos na maghain ng motion for reconsideration para harangan muli ang pagpapalibing hanggang Nobyembre 28 na kung saan matapos ang nasabing petsa ay saka lamang magiging final and executory ang desisyon.
NAKAW NA LIBING
“Even in death, he is a thief.” Ito ang pahayag ni Senate Pro-tempore Franklin Drilon kaugnay ng biglaang pagpapalibing kay Marcos.
“Like what Marcos did for 21 years, he caught us off-guard like a thief in the night. His burial is anything but noble. Even in death, he is a thief,”
“The stealthy and hurried manner by which the Marcos burial was orchestrated is reminiscent of the dark days of Martial Law. The atrocities perpetrated during Martial Law succeeded because the citizenry was kept in the dark. Marcos betrayed the country for decades; we should not allow him to continue to do so up to this day,” dagdag ni Drilon.
Nagpalabas din ng pahayag si Vice President Leni Robredo, anya: “Ferdinand Marcos was a thief, a murderer, and a dictator. He is no hero. If he were, obviously his family would not have to hide his burial like a shameful criminal deed,”

PAHAYAG NG SUPREME COURT
“There is no order prohibiting it because the status quo ante (order) was lifted,” Ito naman ang pahayag ni Supreme Court (SC) Spokesman Theodore Te ukol sa illegal umanong pagpapalibing kay Marcos.
Ayon sa SC kahit raw may 15-araw pa para makapaghain ng motion for reconsideration, matapos iabas ang desisyon ng SC hindi umano ito nangangahulugan bawal nang ilibing agad si Marcos sa LNMB.
Nagpalabas naman ng pahayag si Presidential Communications Asec. Ana Marie Banaag na wala silang alam sa planong pagpapalibing kay Marcos.
“We were not informed about the Marcos burial. We don’t really know. We honestly don’t know,” paliwanag pa ni Banaag sa Malacañang reporters.
