Sen. Trillanes BBC Hard Talk full Interview

BBC: Your comments senator which is constantly negative, are out tune with ordinary Filipino opinion.

BBC: (On Lascanas): I mean the man is a self-confessed murderer many times over, it seems a little odd to me that you as an experienced politician would put so much faith in a self-acknowledged mass murderer.

BBC: So in political terms, it seems to me you're bashing your head against a brick wall. Ouch again and again.

BBC/HARD TALK: I asked you earlier if you were a democrat and I think you feel you are, but let's look at your track record.... Are you thinking that a coup is a legitimate response again to the Philippines current political situation?

BBC: In a way, Duterte-ism appears to be working for the Philippines.

BBC: What you didn't addressed was my point about these economic success, you a have a 7% growth rate which is going to continue and I just as a final point put it to you that for all of your fears about Duterte means for the Philippines right now viewed by many ordinary Filipinos, this guy is doing a decent job. Wow.

  1. Thank you to BBC for airing an unbiassed interview.... The drug problem in the philippines was so bad and lot of innocent civilian ae being killed, raped, robbed and a lot of lives was destroyed because of drugs....
Now the one dying in the streets are criminals that killed a lot of innocent and destryed lot of lives. If you can only see some young girls are being used and being raped in drug then in exchange for drugs..... drug is the cancer of our society and the war on drugs by President Duterte is the permanent cure for the future of our next generation....
